Fitness Testing

Do you think you’re fit enough to win?

Why not book yourself in for on of Full Throttles Fitness Tests and see if you have what it takes to be on the top step!

Our comprehensive fitness test is racing discipline specific and allows us to identify your strengths and weakness, In conjunction with our personal training, our Fitness Test allow you to monitor your progress and provide you with motivational incentives for you to train harder than the rider next door to you at the start line. As well as this, after each Fitness Test, you will receive you own personalised results, documented scientifically within a PDF document, so you can download your results to your mobile, tablet or PC.

To make sure you keep on top of your training, Full Throttle recommend completing a fitness re-test every 4-6 weeks,
